Role Overview:
The Senior Partnerships Officer will be crucial in building and maintaining partnerships with state government departments and NGOs, supporting wheat flour fortification programs. This role offers a chance to work closely with senior leaders, mentor a young team, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities with government and quasi-government organizations.
- Maintain relationships with partners, ensuring effective project implementation.
- Conduct partner and field visits, develop project documentation, and maintain communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Social Work, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with government or stakeholders in health, nutrition, or related fields.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, results-driven, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel 30-50%.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
