About the Position
EAII Advisors, the technical partner of Evidence Action in India, is seeking a State Program Coordinator – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation (SPC-MLE) for Uttarakhand. This full-time role, based in Dehradun, focuses on supporting the implementation of the National Deworming Day (NDD) and Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) Supplementation programs. Reporting to the State Program Manager, the SPC-MLE will oversee data collection, analysis, and documentation to enhance program performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Coordinate data collection and quality maintenance with regional teams.
- Engage with government officials for program coordination.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for program improvements.
- Ensure data quality and develop electronic data collection tools.
- Provide training for team members on data-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, health administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in MLE, documentation, and report writing.
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, EPI-Info, Access, and Excel.
- Understanding of government health systems and programs related to anaemia and deworming.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
