Malaria Consortium is seeking a dedicated Programme Design and Development Manager to join its Business Development team in either London, UK, Nigeria, or Uganda. This vital role will collaborate with technical and programme teams across headquarters and country offices to design impactful public health initiatives and develop competitive proposals for a range of donors. The position is key to advancing Malaria Consortium’s mission of improving health outcomes in vulnerable communities across Africa and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and programme teams to design impactful public health programmes.
- Develop competitive proposals for institutional and non-institutional donors.
- Support Malaria Consortium’s mission of improving health for vulnerable populations in Africa and Asia.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in global health or international development.
- Proven ability to lead design and writing of complex, competitive grant proposals.
- Strong project management skills and experience with development tools (e.g., logical frameworks, theory of change).
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
- Right to work in the UK, Nigeria, or Uganda.
