As always, One Health and Development Initiative (OHDI) remains committed to utilizing the One Health approach to address interrelated issues of human, animal, and environmental health. As an organization that is dedicated to excellence and high impact, the board and management of OHDI have taken the crucial decision to revise and improve on the Strategic Plan 2021 – 2025. While the older version of the Strategic Plan provides a solid foundation for our programmatic operations, values, and framework for meeting our strategic goal, this revised version re-evaluates and refines our path to One Health impact and sustainability.
Key revisions in this updated version include:
- Re-clarification of organizational goals, mission, and vision
- Focus areas reviewed and updated
- Re-clarification of organizational values
- Improved results framework and performance indicators table
- Revised institutional priority actions
- Updated Organizational Chart
This Strategic Plan will continue to serve as the priority guide for managing OHDI’s operating system, programming, and stakeholders for sustainable impact. It was reviewed, validated, and approved by the Board of Advisors – all of whom are One Health professionals with diverse skills and experience from human, animal, and environmental health sectors.
