The Global Animal Welfare Award 2021 will include 9 awards to reward 6 veterinarians (one for each of the WVA six geographical regions), 1 veterinary student, 1 veterinary technician/nurse, and 1 veterinary school in recognition of their work and consistent commitment to improving animal welfare.
