Dr. Idris Ola is a Medical Officer at the Lagos State Health Service Commission, Orile-Agege General Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso in Osun State, Nigeria. He is a product of academic excellence and a changemaker and has been a recipient of several awards and social impact programs. These include Outstanding Servant Leadership Award, Institute of African Studies, University of Wisconsin-Fellow Madison, the United States during the Mandela Washington Fellowship, United States (2019); Chairman’s Commendation Award, National Youth Service Corps, Ondo State (2016); Winner, Prof. J.A Adeleye National Inter-Medical School Essay Competition (2012) and scholarship recipient of the Federal Government of Nigeria Scholarship. 2011-2013.
