The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks a dedicated Associate to join its TB programme in New Delhi, India. This role is a vital part of CHAI’s mission to eliminate tuberculosis, working alongside government and public health stakeholders to manage projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure timely and impactful interventions. The Associate will focus on managing project workstreams, aligning with key stakeholders, and developing operational plans to meet programme objectives.
As part of CHAI’s collaborative and mission-driven team, the Associate will contribute to project design, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and the creation of research insights that support progress tracking and programme success. Ideal candidates should have a background in public health or a related field, strong communication and data skills, and experience in managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
